Who operates the site and acceptance of the terms
celehubxe operates this website from the United Kingdom. By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree you must stop using the site immediately. These terms form a binding contract between you and celehubxe under the laws of England and Wales.
Eligibility and permitted use
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. You may use the site only for lawful purposes connected with professional media feed services such as video operation, live signal management, content distribution, camera work and the creation of high-quality feeds for news and broadcasting. Commercial use is permitted only where expressly authorised by celehubxe.
Prohibited conduct
You must not attempt to interfere with the site, introduce malware, scrape content without permission, or use the site to transmit unlawful material. You must not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with celehubxe. Violations may result in immediate suspension and reporting to relevant authorities under UK law.
Accounts, submissions and user content
Where accounts or submissions are available you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Any content you submit must be accurate and must not infringe third-party rights. celehubxe may remove or refuse submissions at its discretion. You retain ownership of your submissions but grant celehubxe a licence to use them for service delivery and improvement.
Ownership of site content, trademarks and permitted limited use
All text, graphics, software and other material on the site are owned by celehubxe or its licensors. You may view pages for personal or internal business use but must not copy, modify or distribute them without prior written consent. Trademarks belonging to celehubxe may not be used without permission.
Third-party services and links
The site may reference third-party tools or platforms used in media feed operations. celehubxe does not endorse or guarantee these services and accepts no responsibility for their content or performance. Any interaction with third parties is at your own risk.
Availability, changes, suspension and termination
celehubxe aims to keep the site available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate access for maintenance, legal reasons or breach of these terms. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Disclaimers that remain subject to mandatory consumer law
The site and services are provided on an as-is basis. celehubxe makes no warranties about accuracy, reliability or suitability for any particular purpose beyond what cannot be excluded under UK consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Limitation of liability
Subject to mandatory UK law, celehubxe total liability arising from use of the site shall not exceed the amount you paid to celehubxe in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of profits or data.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify celehubxe against claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the site, except to the extent caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in the UK may also bring proceedings in their local courts. Alternative dispute resolution options remain available where required by law.
Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date
If any provision is found unenforceable the remainder continues in force. Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. We may revise these terms; the current version is dated 06 October 2026. For questions contact us using the form on the Contacts page or by writing to 6 Union Court, 20-22 Union Road, London, SW4 6JP, United Kingdom or emailing [email protected].
